The Grand Trunk Railway is a Canadian railroad company that laid the railroad tracks and were in charge of the trains going from all across the United States into Canada Transporting the most raw material in the country.
The Grand Trunk depot here in Charlotte was created in 1885 even though the tracks weren't completed until the summer of 1886.
This is one of the trains to come from Eaton Rapids to Charlotte, for over 50 years this train transported resources from the United States to Canada.
